We’re excited to share a major milestone in our journey — our brand new manufacturing facility is now officially up and running! This expansion marks a significant step forward in our mission to deliver innovative, high-quality pool equipment and accessories to customers around the world.
Over the past few years, we’ve seen tremendous growth in demand for our pool products, particularly our core line of swimming pool pumps and filters. To meet this increasing demand and to continue innovating in the industry, we knew it was time to invest in a larger, more advanced production facility with high precise new machines. Today, the great moment came true! I, as the owner of Jade, was really excited to see the new machines and forlift arriving at our new facility, it’s like a boy got a big toy from his parents lol. Now let’s play with the new toys!
Our goal is simple: to scale up our capacity while maintaining the exceptional quality and service our customers have come to expect. At the same time, our current facility is still in production and realizing its value for us, which means we now have 10000 square meters(equal to 107,639 sqft) facility for production.
Our new factory is designed with efficiency, precision, and sustainability in mind. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and automated production lines, this facility greatly enhances our manufacturing capabilities. With increased space and optimized workflows, we’re now better equipped to handle larger volumes without compromising on quality.
Most importantly, this move allows us to elevate our production processes and reduce lead times — getting products to our customers faster than ever before. According to our evaluation, the leading time will be shortened from 60 days to 35 days for large orders. So, don’t hesitate to give us your pending orders lol, all your orders no matter big or small is warmly welcomed, and we can also customize products for you with low MOQ!
One of the most exciting developments is our expanded product range. With this facility, we’re officially launching production of our cartridge filters and salt chlorinators — both key components in pool water purification. The cartridge filters are engineered for superior filtration performance, energy efficiency, and easy maintenance. The salt chlorinators are designed for efficient, low-maintenance pool sanitation by converting salt into chlorine, providing clean and safe water while reducing the need for harsh chemical additives.
In addition to cartridge filters and salt chlorinators, we’ll also be manufacturing a variety of other water purification products, all designed to help pool owners maintain clean, clear, and safe water with ease.

One-stop purchase in our factory for all your pool business, apart from the various products we manufacturer, we can also help to purchase pool products that we don’t produce from factories in our city since there is a pool product cluster around us. In this way, you are able to avoid the hassle of maintaining many suppliers.
