- Are you manufacturer or trading company?

- How is the warranty?
- We provide with 12 months warranty since goods leave our factory. Longer warranty can be provided on extra cost. Various warranty plans available for different type of business, we will advise the most suitable warranty plan for your business.
- Do you have any certificates?
- Yes, our products are approved by ETL, CETL, CE, ROHS, SAA, CEC, NOM, SABER etc. We can also apply for the special certificate that is required in your market.
- Can you do OEM?
- Yes, OEM, ODM and OBM available to meet the variety demands of your business.
- How do you ensure the quality of your products?
- We have established a perfect supply chain consists of strictly filtrated excellent vendors and each product will be tested before leaving our factory.
- How about terms of payment
- T/T is most popular in our business. Paypal/Western Union/LC and other terms of payment are also negotiable
- How long is the leading time?
- If the required items are in stock, they can be delivered immediately. If out of stock, usually it will take 30-45 days to finish an order, leading time mainly depends on order volume.
- What's the MOQ?
- Don't worry about the MOQ, small qty is acceptable if you are a distributor. We also provide with long-term marketing and after-sale support, professional engineer and salesman will help to advise the most suitable products after studying your customers’ requirements, and customize solution for any of your special applications.
